Studio Policies
- All prices are subject to 13% HST.
- Payment is due in full 48 hours prior to the start of a booked or renewed package.
- We accept payment online, in credit cards. cash, and through E-transfer to dima@dima-lates.com.
- Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Sessions are by appointment only.
- If you must cancel, please respect our 24-hour cancellation policy. Notice must be given via phone or email 12 hours in advance for group classes, 24 hours for privates and 48 hours for semi-privates.
- Make-up for a canceled session with proper notice is offered only within the same month.
- Wearing Pilates socks in the studio is mandatory for safety and hygiene reasons.
- All packages have a 30-90 day expiry date from the day of purchase.
- Dima-Lates reserves the right to terminate membership at its discretion and provide a refund for any unused services purchased.
