Getting Started in Three Simple Steps

1

Start With an FUNDAMENTALS Class

All new clients begin with a Fundamental class. This session helps you build confidence in the foundational movements, learn how to use the equipment, and receive a personalized assessment from your instructor.

2

Advancing Through Class Levels

Once you’ve completed your Fundamentals Class, your instructor will place you in the appropriate level based on your experience and movement assessment. Every class at Dima-Lates is structured to help you move with confidence, whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your technique.

3

Choose Your Class Package

We offer a variety of class packages and membership options to fit your needs. Whether you prefer small group classes, private training, or semi-private sessions, we have flexible options that allow you to progress at your own pace.

Class Levels & Offerings

At Dima-Lates, we offer a structured class progression to help you build strength, endurance, and control. Your instructor will determine your starting level and guide you through the process of advancing when you're ready.

  • Level 1 – Fundamentals

Designed for beginners who are new to Pilates and can participate in a group setting. Classes focus on foundational movements using the Mat and Reformer.

  • Level 2 – Building Strength & Endurance

After completing 12 sessions in Level 1, clients progress to Level 2, incorporating the Cardio Trampoline for added challenge.

  • Level 3 – Progressive Training

For those who have completed 12 sessions in Level 2 and received instructor approval. This level introduces the Chair and Jump Board for increased strength and coordination.

  • Level 4 – Advanced & Comprehensive Training

The most advanced level, incorporating all previous equipment plus the Cadillac for full-body control and strength.

  • All-Level Classes

We also offer All-Level Classes for those looking for a fun, high-energy session, including Yoga-lates, Soca-lates, Barre-lates, and more. These classes incorporate a variety of equipment such as the Mat, Reformer, Jump Board, Barres, and Weights.

What to Bring & Studio Etiquette

For the best experience, wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for unrestricted movement and instructor guidance. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety and are available for purchase in the studio. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first session to check in and get settled.
