After more than 25 years working in healthcare, Tracey discovered Pilates and was instantly drawn to its ability to transform both body and mind. Over the past four years, she has deepened her practice, experiencing firsthand how Pilates can build strength, restore confidence, and reconnect us to our true selves.


Tracey’s journey took a powerful turn when she began training under her mentor, Dima Alakhras. Together, over the span of 3 years, they lost over 100 pounds and rebuilt their strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. This shared transformation became a foundation for growth, purpose, and a renewed mission to inspire others.


Now a Pilates Instructor in training, Tracey brings to her sessions a rare blend of clinical insight, lived experience, and genuine compassion. Her background in healthcare enriches her teaching with empathy and awareness, while her personal journey fuels a deep passion for helping others discover what’s possible through mindful movement.
